Sunrise Festival Community Shopping Center continues to grow | Food and Drink
Inter-Cal Real Estate’s Sunrise Festival community shopping center in Citrus Heights is growing again with the signing of a new lease for one of the hottest grocery retailers in the country, Sprouts Farmers Market. Sprouts expects to be open in early fall. This follows the recent opening of Panera Bread in the former Krispy Kreme store which has been very well received by the community. Along with the construction of the new Sprouts store, Sunrise Festival will begin façade renovations throughout the center. Sunrise Festival is located at the corner of Sunrise Boulevard and Greenback Lane in Citrus Heights, CA.
Sprouts features mountains of colorful produce, many from local growers and farmers, along with an outstanding selection of all natural meats, fresh seafood delivered up to six days a week and a wonderful variety of grocery, bulk and baked goods.
“We expect Sprouts to be a great addition to the overall Sunrise Marketplace,” explained Jason Bollinger, property manager of Sunrise Festival. “Sprouts is making healthy food from local producers more affordable so we are very pleased to have them join our center and serve our customers.”
Panera Bread has reasonably priced food in a warm, inviting, and comfortable environment. It is also a great community partner, often donating bread and baked goods to community organizations in need.
“Panera Bread has been welcomed with open arms by our customers at Sunrise Festival,” added Bollinger. “We look forward to their continued success and popularity in Citrus Heights.”
